What the breath does for me.

It makes me feel great with a tingle of magic. Every time.

The breath opens my creative side and gives me more energy when I need it. It brings calm and awareness when I am stressed and allows me to process difficult emotions and events in a healthy way.

Through the altered states of mind accessible through the breath I have learnt to free myself of past patterns, accepting uncomfortable truths with compassion for myself.

Conscious breathing enabled me to reach someone going through a manic episodes in an honouring and respectful way. It feels an honour to have the use of powerful tools that work with myself and others.

The breath training allows me to keep listening and open  in difficult interpersonal simulations and break free of past reactive protective patterns. I am grateful for the learning and unlearning experiences along my path . 

There is tingly magical feeling  that gives a skip to my step.

I believe in the power of the breath

My journey

I have been practicing conscious breathing for over 20 years. My first discovery was through Tai Chi and Qigong. I find these practices deeply calming and aligning.

Five years ago I discovered a different breathing technique through a guided rebirthing breathwork session and was blown away by the blissful and peaceful state. A new explorative journey began.

I have trained with experienced practitioners and read the emerging research about why neurological and physical effects happen. Through experiencing the magic and understanding the science I can tailor the breathing techniques for the desired results.

It's a privilege to guide people on their own journeys and exploration of the breath.
