Our Classes

There is no one breathing technique, pattern or style that serves all purposes so we offer different classes, each having a different focus.

Base

This class uses a technique that will leave you relaxed and energised. It is very simple and very powerful.

Each breathwork session comes with new experiences. In the base class our guides will provide a slightly different experience. The guidance and music might have variations, yet the foundational structure is the same.

This is why we ourselves love to come back to the basic practice over and over again.

Heal

In the heal class you’ll explore deep and true states of relaxation.

You’ll be guided into a landscape of new dimensions of calm. The combination of well researched breathing techniques to activate your parasympathetic response and stimulate the vagus nerve.

In heal we breathe very slow, deep, and rhythmic, aimed to give you the deepest healing effects and regenerative effects.

In a sense this class is all about generating healing and regeneration from the stresses of life. This is where you’ll truly tap into other realms of being, and come home to yourself.

It is the perfect class if you are in a high stress state, fatigued or simply need to wind down.

Elixir

This class and breathing pattern is one of a kind.

In “the elixir” you’ll be carefully supervised and guided into an exploration of breath and is designed to make sure that you arrive at an out-of-the-ordinary destination - safe and refreshed.

Here you’ll be able to go deeper, and re-surface with your mind expanded.

Resilience

Resilience is designed to increase your co2 tolerance.

We use various techniques from breath holding, balanced breathing and a few other special techniques for you to learn how to increase your co2 tolerance.

This is training and exercise helps to adapt your body to become more efficient with your breath. It increases the efficiency of how your body uses both oxygen and co2, expands your mindset and knowledge about how you actually use your breath.

Learning how to breathe less by practicing breathing techniques for holding more co2 significantly improves your ability to perform.

Power

An intense workout aimed at expanding your lung capacity and refining your ability to move between alternate states of consciousness. It's an intensive workout that stimulates the whole respiratory system.

In high performing or high stress environments learning how to self-regulate emotions and input is key. Adaptability to your environment serves not just you but others around you.

Breathwork can improve this regulatory ability. It provides ways to impact the nervous system and widen the range of your stress tolerance.

In this class, we go all in, push to the max and leave at a higher state of energy.
